About The Speakers:
Stan Phelps is a TEDx speaker, Forbes contributor and IBM Futurist that focuses on customer experience and employee engagement. Throughout his career Stan held many marketing leadership roles with adidas, International Management Group, PGA of America and Synergy. He’s the author of the Goldfish Series of books. They all focus on the little ways to drive differentiation, increase loyalty, and promote positive word of mouth. Stan holds a JD/MBA from Villanova University and a Certificate in Achieving Breakthrough Service from Harvard Business School.
Tom Triumph is a speaker, consultant and author who helps companies grow by collaboratively helping them innovate their business and product development. He’s helped large organizations act nimbly and small companies scale. He’s been a participant in two global technology revolutions—and has been part of some remarkable success stories (and some misfires). He lived aboard an ocean research ship and tended to the mini-sub (Cousteau was on the Board), wrestled in the Olympic trials, and helped oversee the redesign and fabrication of the largest composite hovercraft ever built in the US. Tom is the author of the book Evolve or Die: Lessons for World-Class Innovation & Creativity.
